The ability to send files by e-mail has long existed. Microsoft Outlook makes it easy to send files by simply dragging and dropping files into an open email. However, sometimes sending a single file is not enough. Sometimes it is necessary to send entire folders, either because it is more convenient, the list of files to send is too long, or because the file names are not known in advance.

If you regularly send files by email, using the Schedule Duplicate Email add-in to send files may be more useful than using only Outlook because it automates the process and saves time. This is especially useful if you do not know the names of the attachments in advance, since the file names are saved when sending e-mail.
