We want to know if you have any third-party applications that automaticallyki clean up temporary files on your computer. Do you have something like CCleaner or Disk Cleanup Similar programs? Can you check if you have any background processes that automatically delete these types of files without your consent?

Hello Johann,

Thank you for your reply and apologize for the late reply. I don't have a disk cleaner, but I use Acronis True Image, which has a protection profile to detect and blocking ransomware. However, I uninstalled Acronis and still don't get Dump file. It's only 0% when BSOD occurs (usually every other day or so).

I'm just wondering if anyone has any other ideas why my interface won't be copied after BSOD. I may have to bite the bullet and reinstall it carefully, but I want to first determine why the system is crashing.

  • Can you still boot or boot the computer correctly? If so, go to your computer and provide the following information.
  • What version or build of Windows device are you using? To find out, click Windows + R to open a startup window. Enter Winver and press Enter. A new window will open with the version and build number of your Windows device.
  • What recent changes were made to your computer before this issue occurred?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
  • Have you activated your antivirus software? What antivirus programs are installed on your computer?
  • Have you ever checked your computer for viruses and threats?
  • How much free space do you have on your hard disk?
