If you find that you constantly send emails to the same people throughout the day, it is tedious to enter their addresses one at a time. Today we’ll look at setting up contact groups to simplify the process.

If you want to add a new email contact to your group, simply enter the display name and email address and click OK. If you want a new member to be added to your contact list, make sure the Add to contacts check box is selected.
If you are currently writing a message, you can enter the name of the contact group you created ...
If you want to make sure that all members of the group are included, click the plus sign to expandcontact. You will see a dialog box informing you that the group members are displayed, and you will not be able to minimize it again. Check the box to stop seeing the message, then click OK.

After expanding the group, you may find that some contacts are not included or that the old contact should no longer be included in the group. Click the To ...
If you need to send emails to several people, you can save time by creating contact groups without entering them individually. If you work in a large company, creating contact groups by departments is extremely important!
