Creating Mailing Lists in Outlook 2010 Recovery Utility

Here are some simple steps you can follow to solve the problem of creating mailing lists in Outlook 2010.

  1. Click Contacts on the navigation bar.
  2. On the Home tab, select New group contact.
  3. Enter a name for your mailing list, then click Members.
  4. Enter your NetLink name or ID in the search field and highlight the name to select it.
  5. Repeat step 4 to add more participants.

If you find that you constantly send emails to the same people throughout the day, it is tedious to enter their addresses one at a time. Today we’ll look at setting up contact groups to simplify the process.

The contract group window opens. Give your group a name, click Add members, and select the people you want to add from your Outlook contacts, your address book, or new contacts.

If you select from your address book, you can scroll and add the necessary contacts. If you have a large number of contacts, you can search for them or use the advanced search.



If you want to add a new email contact to your group, simply enter the display name and email address and click OK. If you want a new member to be added to your contact list, make sure the Add to contacts check box is selected.

If you want to make sure that all members of the group are included, click the plus sign to expandcontact. You will see a dialog box informing you that the group members are displayed, and you will not be able to minimize it again. Check the box to stop seeing the message, then click OK.

Then the group members are displayed in the To field. Of course, you can also enter a contact group in the CC or Bcc fields.

After expanding the group, you may find that some contacts are not included or that the old contact should no longer be included in the group. Click the To ...
