Create a group in Outlook using Email Fix

It appears that some users have encountered a known error code when creating a group in Outlook from email. This problem can occur for several reasons. Let's look at them below.

Use email to create a contact group Open the email that was sent to the people you want to add to the contact group. Mark all the names in the To or Cc box with the mouse. Right-click on your selection, then click Copy, or press Ctrl + C. Click New Contact Group.

How do I create an email distribution list in Outlook?

You can use the following procedure to create an email recipient mailing list in Outlook.
  1. Go to the email folder and double-click to open the email message for which you want to create a recipient mailing list.
  2. Then click the recipient in the To field and right-click it.
  3. All recipients are then selected in the To field.

After installing or updating GroupMail Business Edition, you can now associate GroupMail with your Outlook address book. The advantage of this is that you do not need to export contacts from a CSV file and import them into GroupMail. You just need to keep a mailing list. As a result, any changes made to the Outlook address book are automatically synchronized with GroupMail.

GroupMail Outlook Toolbar is exclusive to GroupMail Business Edition. You can use the Outlook toolbar to start GroupMail, create a new GroupMail message, or forward the message to your GroupMail group. To install the toolbar, close all programs and run the GroupMail installation. Select "Outlook Toolbar" as the component to install. Click Next to continue the installation. After installing the Outlook GroupMail toolbar, you can create quick and convenient group messages under add-ins in Outlook. Another interesting feature of GroupMail Business Edition is that you can add recipients from GroupMail groups to Outlook and delete them from the Outlook toolbar.

  2. Expand New and select Contact List.
  3. Enter a name for the list.
